How it works...

1. Site Identification

We identify land for you based on your requirements; using this information we will send you an agreed number of sites per month that match these requirements. We will provide you with a summary to help you understand the background and context to each site, helping you to determine whether this is the right fit for you.

2. Contact

Should a site be of interest to you, we will contact the landowners on your behalf to express your interest. Liaising with the Developer, we will commence and manage discussions throughout the life of the project until a deal has been reached. Up to 3 letters will be sent (depending on whether a response has been received) including a final hand written letter to improve response rates.

3. Deal Progression

We will meet with Landowners (should this be requested) on your behalf and commence negotiations. We will be responsible for all communication with the Landowners to negotiate deal terms and agree a purchase price that you are comfortable with, up to the point of exchanging Contracts.

Throughout the negotiation process we will meet on an agreed number of times per month, either by phone, Zoom / Teams or in person, to discuss the negotiations and to ensure a deal that you are happy with is being made.
